STPI (Indonesian State Aviation Academy)
Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia (STPI) – Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute (ICAI), is an official college under the Ministry of Transportation which is in charge of professional education programs in the field of aviation.
Referring to the Aviation Act No. 15, 1992 concerning Aviation and the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR), the existence of the Training Institution constitutes the active and absolute supporting element.
The Air Traffic Control Training Division is responsible for the continuous development of all Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute employees through its training division, to provide necessary knowledge, skill, procedure and attitude to become qualified and professional in their jobs or functions. Also, the Air Traffic Control Training Division is responsible to conduct training for Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute Counterparts or other Third Parties employees for mutual benefits.
The Air Traffic Control Training Division of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute, by referring to the ICAO Training Manual, is approved to conduct training on which the graduates meet the requirements to achieve the Air Traffic Control License and rating, as well as any other additional skill and knowledge.
The approval is obtained from the Directorate of Aviation safety, Directorate General of Civil Aviation in accordance with the requirement of Aviation Act No. 15, 1992, concerning Aviation and the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) of the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation Decree, Number 172/VII/1997, and ICAO Annex 1 Personal licensing.
Aircraft Maintenance College 66 of Netherlands(AMC 66)
- Aircraft Maintenance College 66 (AMC66) is an EASA Approved Part-147 Maintenance Training
- AMC66 is working in close cooperation with a Dutch government funded school, which is an EASA Part-147 approved Maintenance Training Organisation with a shared the facility.
- The EASA Part-147 of the government funded school was established by Mr. Maarten de Klerk, who is the (co)owner of AMC66.

SIA Engineering (Philippines) is a joint venture of SIA Engineering Corporation and Cebu Pacific Air. We perform primarily Base Maintenance and Line Maintenance, with 12 air-worthiness approvals and a growing roster of customers.The team comprising SIA Engineering (Philippines) are highly competent, knowledgeable and dedicated individuals.
Our Mechanics and Inspectors, who have various Aircraft/Engine ratings, are honed even more to gain additional capabilities. Our Technical Instructors are also equipped with technical knowledge and up-to-date information for the courses that SIA Engineering (Philippines) offers.
Our support staff members are highly skilled individuals and together, they make a great team. Driven, knowledgeable and passionate, SIA Engineering (Philippines) employees work hand-in-hand towards one goal – Service Excellence.
SIAEP features 3 hangars, including a newly built hangar to accommodate larger body A/C.
Hangar 1 has a floor area of 4,535.2 sq m., is fully enclosed, can fit the A320 / B737 aircraft types and comes complete with a docking facility.
Hangar 2 has a floor area of 3,128.0 sq m., can fit the A320 and B737 aircraft types and comes complete with a docking facility.
Hangar 3, which has been recently completed, has a floor area of 9,816.0 sq m. and is custom built to handle the A330 and B777 aircraft types
